Here’s to starting over! Placing one searching foot in front of the other, may we find stability on Truth’s solid ground. May we Dare to ask and learn beyond familiar knowledge.

Let our flailing hearts steel themselves with eternal hope. As we Advance against negative odds and uncertainty, The Highest Power will give us courage

May our words burst forth in constructive thought. Let peace, love, and possibility from Wisdom empty the world of hate and vain arguing.

May this next year be better than the last!

Happy New Year!

Let’s raise our glasses!

Here’s to a new dream where old ones died; fresh vigor when energy is spent; and unexpected faith at hope’s end.  For it is by finally letting go of all that has not produced life or strength, that our arms are free to embrace Christ’s promise and realize true joy.

May this next year be better than the last!

Happy New Year!

Let’s raise our glasses…

May we be content with God’s provision, therefore willing to give; be fulfilled by God’s plan, thereby able to serve; and be satisfied in God’s unfailing love, thus free to sing for joy. May next year be better than the last! Happy New Year!

Let’s raise our glasses…

mhylgrkIn choosing to believe for hope, we rattle our steel cages; in searching for truth, we fling their doors wide; and in practicing the gift of trust, we step up to the thresholds. It is then that freedom becomes decision, and by opting to fly we discover love. May this next year be better than the last. Happy New Year!

LET’S RAISE OUR GLASSES…  May we sing a new old song, its harmonies carried aloft since before creation, and its melody arranged to restore the most broken of souls.  May we participate in a new old dance that links empty arms and embraces the lonely.  For it is the Maestro we want to emulate, he who first composed the music of love and continues to demonstrate how to move to its rhythm. May this next year be better than the last.

Happy New Year!

“Let’s raise our glasses…  Here’s to a glimmer of hope in the rising of a new dawn, to the next tentative step on a slippery dew-sprinkled path, and to the tenderly firm grip from above by which we are steadied. May this next year be better than the last.  Happy New Year!”
