Nancy Virden is a suicide attempt survivor who is passionate about sharing hope. She is an author, Mental Health and Recovery Advocate, and Founder of Always the Fight Ministries.
Living with Major Depression Recurrent since her teen years, and in recovery for a forty-year eating disorder since 2013, Nancy speaks to these conditions as only one who has been there can. Her mission is to offer hope to those who struggle with mental illness, addiction, or abuse, and encourage people in supportive roles.
